Appleton Estate June Plum Cider
INGREDIENTS
1.5oz Appleton Estate Signature
3 slices June plum
3/4oz simple syrup
2oz lemonade
Cider of your choice (apple is recommended)
DIRECTIONS In a highball glass, muddle three slices of June plum. Add syrup, rum, ice and lemonade. Then top off with a cider of your choice. Drink responsibly.

INGREDIENTS
3/4oz pomegranate syrup
1/2oz cranberry juice
Champagne
Fresh pomegranate
DIRECTIONS In a chilled champagne flute, combine pomegranate syrup and cranberry juice. Then top off with your champagne of choice. Garnish with fresh pomegranate pulps. Enjoy responsibly.
Passion for Prosecco
Ingredients
1oz orange cinnamon syrup
1oz passion
1 1/2oz Appleton Estate Signature
Prosecco
Orange wheel
DIRECTIONS In a mixing glass, add syrup, fresh passion and rum, and shake vigorously with ice. Strain into a rock glass over ice and top off with Prosecco. Sip responsibly.
