• Consumer prices deflated in April, the Statistical Institute reported on Monday, mainly due to declines in housing, utilities and other fuels, which offset increases in the food and beverages and transport categories. The inflation rate was a negative 0.5 per cent for the month, whereas annual inflation was positive at 3.8 per cent. The annual rate falls outside the central bank’s 4-6 per cent target range.

• The lawsuits filed against Supreme Ventures Limited and its founding shareholders have been withdrawn and dismissed, the gaming company said in a market filing. EGE Limited, formerly Epsilon Global Equities, had been pursuing a case against SVL in the local courts for compensation over a share transaction, while Talisman Capital Alternative Investment Fund and EGE had filed a case in Florida.
