Eating curry can boost a woman's sex drive, new research has revealed.
Fenugreek - which is used as a herb or seed in recipes - can reduce problems suffered by menopausal ladies and spice up their performances in the bedroom.
A study revealed that there was a 42 per cent drop in bedroom issues among women who took a 500mg daily herbal supplement of fenugreek.
Researches in India gave an extract of organic fenugreek to 48 menstruating women twice a day and the spice helped balance out hormones by boosting testosterone and oestradiol - which are considered to be key for "stimulating sexual interest and maintaining desire".
The researchers said: "The study showed that fenugreek helps to maintain normal hormonal balance and offered a significant reduction in sexual problems.
"The supplements may be considered as a natural alternative for sexual issues in women."
