After false starting in the final of the boys Class Two 100 metres at the ISSA/GraceKennedy Boys and Girls' Athletics Championships, Steer Town Academy's Omarion Barrett has a point to prove.
Barrett attacked the preliminary round of the Class Two 200 this morning and leads all comers into tomorrow's semi-final, clocking 22.26 seconds to win his heat.
Marcinho Rose of Kingston College, 22.61, qualified with the second fastest time, while Class Two 100 champion Mark Anthony Miller of Jamaica College had the third-fastest time, finishing in 22.68.
