Head coach Lorne Donaldson has named a 24-player squad for next month's Cup of Nations tournament in Australia which has adhered to his promise of looking at young players although there are some notable exclusions.
National midfielders Tiffany Cameron, Kayla McKenna and Chinleyu Asher who were called up in the series against Paraguay in November do not make this squad but there is a return for Notre Dame's Kalyssa Van Zanten. English-born defender Victoria Williams earns a first time call up to the team as Donaldson continues to assess solutions to his defense leading into the Women's World Cup
The Reggae Girlz will begin their campaign on February 16 against Spain, then face the Czech Republic on February 19 and complete the tournament against Australia on February 22.
