With a refrain of "performance over propaganda", Cabinet Minister Daryl Vaz said the Holness administration has improved Jamaicans' lives through tax incentives, transportation and security investments.

He said the Opposition People's National Party (PNP) has failed to show how it could do any better. 

"The JLP government has been doing more and more, but we are taxing you less and less. Performance over propaganda and badmind. Bun badmind. The Jamaica Labour Party and all Jamaica know one thing about Daryl Vaz, me nuh frighten so easy," he said, to the strains of the Vybz Kartel song Nuh fraid a nobody.

"But what I can say to you today, the thought of the return of a PNP government mek mi tremble because they have no clue as to what to do and they will overturn all the good that we have done in two years maximum.

"Performance over propaganda every time. Bun out badmind. Less than one year to an general election and the opposition in the eight years has not defined one policy. They have not said that we are doing something wrong and they have a better policy," Vaz stated.
