GSAT students receive bursaries from JTA Credit Union

President of the Jamaica Teachers’ Association (JTA) Co-operative Credit Union, Paul Adams, presents a cheque for $50,000 to Dé Andre Wellington at the credit union’s 2018 Grade Six Achievement Test (GSAT) awards function, held on Friday at The Knutsford Court Hotel in New Kingston. Students who excelled in GSAT were awarded bursaries valued at $1.75 million. The JTA Co-operative Credit Union also presented grants totalling $1.5 million under its new initiative ‘Better Schools ... Better Jamaica’.
