Offering heartfelt and touching moments, Instant Family follows Pete (Academy Award nominee Mark Wahlberg) and Ellie (Rose Byrne) as they embark on starting a family.

They stumble into the world of foster-care adoption with plans to take in one small child, but find themselves speeding from zero to three kids overnight. Now, Pete and Ellie must hilariously try to learn the ropes of instant parenthood in the hopes of becoming a family. Instant Family is a poignant and comedic portrait of the reality of foster parenting and is inspired by the real events from the life of writer-director Sean Anders.

The film also stars Academy Award winner Octavia Spencer, Tig Notaro and Margo Martindale.
