Shane Ram announced as CSA conference keynote speaker

LEADERSHIP TECHNOLOGIST Shane Ram will be the keynote speaker for the Caribbean Shipping Association’s (CSA) 53rd Annual General Meeting, Conference and Exhibition in Trinidad and Tobago.

The conference will be held at the Hyatt Regency Trinidad in Port of Spain from October 23-24.

Ram is the chief executive officer of STEP HR Consulting and founder of Scientific Happiness. He will address approximately 400 delegates from the shipping and logistics sector on the topic ‘Navigating Uncharted Waters: Embracing Antifragility for a Future-ready Caribbean Shipping Industry’.

The former C-suite executive-turned-strategic-advisoer and executive coach is a dynamic speaker who blends his years of experience in corporate and consulting with multinationals with over a decade of coaching and entrepreneurial involvement. Ram has 15 years’ corporate experience in human resource and corporate services and has presented in the USA, Canada, the United Kingdom, the Middle East, Africa, South Asia, Central America, and the Caribbean.

Coming from an impoverished background that included general family illiteracy, Ram developed his own principles of success and now holds a Master of Science degree in Strategic Thinking and another in eBusiness.

He is also an author, publishing the book Future Ready Leadership, which highlights strategies leaders must implement to thrive in an uncertain business environment.
