ADVANTUM (formerly Port Computer Services Limited), a regional provider of software and information technology products and services, announced the debut of its newest product offering, ADVANTUM eAgent.

ADVANTUM eAgent is a cloud version of ADVANTUM Port & Agent Manager - a software platform that manages operations in an efficient manner in a port or agent environment.

"This product allows for access to the users' Agent Management software anywhere in the world," Annmarie Curtis, client services manager, pointed out.

With this software, clients can run their operations from home or a conference. Clients will also benefit from an affordable monthly access price while incurring no hardware or IT-management costs.

"As with ADVANTUM Port and Agent Manager, clients will have access to all the features of the software, including vessel manifest information management, billing and invoicing, electronic data interchange (EDI) handling, the accounting system interface, and the reports function from anywhere in the world," Curtis said.

Prospective clients will get a first-hand experience with the system at the official launch of the product on September 26, at the company's base at 4 Fourth Avenue in Newport West between the hours of 9 a.m. and 12 noon.
