Western Bureau:

Rusea's High will seek to overturn a one-goal deficit when they visit Drax Hall this afternoon to take on Brown's Town High in a second-leg game in the seeded second round of the 2017 ISSA/FLOW daCosta Cup. Kick-off time is 3 p.m.

Coach Vassell Reynolds of Rusea's believes they were a bit unlucky as they created many chances last Saturday and few changes are needed ahead of today's match.

"Having looked back at the game, I thought we played well enough to come away with a victory given the number of chances we missed, so one would not want to change a whole lot. I think it's just to get them mentally prepared to first pull back that one-goal deficit and then take it from there." said Reynolds. "One of the things we have to guard against is conceding, it's something we have to prevent."

Vanie Clarke, the Brown's Town coach, is delighted that his boys were able to put into practice the strategy he had developed for Rusea's that led to their win on Saturday. However, he is not counting his chickens before they are hatched.

"We did some homework, put it into practice, and fortunately, it paid off for us on Saturday. We have to do it all over again in the second-leg, and so it's not over, Saturday was just 90 minutes of 180," said Clarke.

"Coming from Brown's Town, a lot of persons didn't expect much from us, but we have been working very hard. This year, we are putting it together, we finished top of our group. We didn't like the changes ISSA made but, like I said, we just want to get it right again in the second leg and take down one of the big boys."
