Franchise owner of Herny’s Wood Jamaica, Brian Henry, explained in a recent interview with Outlook that the company focuses its efforts on delivering what nature has to offer by designing beautifully unique eco products for an alternative lifestyle. “We at Herny’s Wood JA set out to make something that was once overlooked be an integral part of your life.”
He, alongside his business partner, Sara-Dee Palmer, has since embarked on this epic eco-friendly journey, which seeks to withstand the test of time. Providing a variety of pieces for both males and females, the wristwatches, akin to the shades, are sturdy but lightweight, water resistant, reliable, available in different colours, and boast a luxurious appeal for all ages. Yes, there is a style for just about everyone. The pull factor, of course, remains that these watches stay true to the rustic exterior and are totally trendy by nature.
Although this venture is timely, it is still fresh on the market. The feedback the company has received thus far, according to Henry, has been tremendous, with many expressing sheer delight in the impressive style of the watches. And aside from not having much exposure, as with the glasses, the dynamic team hasn’t encountered any gruelling obstacles. The business endeavours to be steadfast in its approach of spreading idyllic joy in a ‘ticking’ instance and going the ‘tocking’ distance, one hand at a time. “All the products, both glasses and watches, come with a one year warranty,” he affirmed.

On the beat of entrepreneurship, Henry highlighted that even though the life of a business owner is exciting and truly an awakening adventure, it is no bed of roses. He advises those aspiring to trek on their own path towards greatness to brace themselves for the struggles that lie ahead. “As the saying would promulgate: the race isn’t for the swift but who can endure. The requisite procedures, of course, can be retained from the Companies Office of Jamaica,” he added.
