This burgeoning brand is moving away from the saturated market of wire trinkets. Instead, it’s focusing on something different and highly competitive – brass and copper plates and coconut shells. The creative duo aspires to invest in other precious metals, such as sterling silver.

She has moved from using a pair of pliers and her fingers to the torch. So she’s fusing and soldering metals and using cold connection.

The new collection is yet to be named, but it serves as a reflection of Bailey-Miller’s growth. The autodidactic jeweller has invested more in her development by learning new techniques.

“I refused to go to trade shows for months because when I looked at everybody else’s tables, I was seeing similar things to mine. So, I decided that it was time for me to step outside of using wires,” Bailey-Miller said.
