The Melting Pot at The Knutsford Court Hotel is giving couples a reason to celebrate this Valentine's Day with dishes such as the pan roasted Atlantic salmon, served with couscous risotto, seasonal vegetables, and Sauvignon sauce and chickpeas fritters with curry eggplant purée and wilted greens.

Or maybe you would enjoy a sophisticated surf and turf of butter poached lobster tail and roasted beef tenderloin, served with dauphinoise potatoes, seasonal vegetables, and truffle sauce.

"We wanted to create food options that catered to a range of guests. To start off, we did an amuse bouche to set the tone for the afternoon and then provide not only meat options, but vegetarian options to cater to the needs of the couples who were considering a healthier meal. Also, I wanted to incorporate our local ingredients so that we can create the best flavour profile," Executive Chef Fredrick Gayle of The Courtleigh Hospitality Group told Food.

Located in the heart of New Kingston, The Melting Pot gives a tropical and relaxed feel. This Valentine's Day is extra special as dinner will be hosted in the courtyard and by the poolside.

Because diners are of the utmost importance, the mission to provide the highest level of hospitality and care is as solid as ever. Group Director of Marketing and Sales Nicola Madden-Greig said dining at The Knutsford Court Hotel will make this Valentine’s Day for couples an amazing adventure for their palates. "Guests should expect a memorable dining experience under the stars. All guests will receive a complimentary glass of wine or juice with their meal," she added.

With curfew now implemented at 8 p.m., dinner will be 4 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. For those who are looking to dine in the comfort of their home, kerbside pick-up is available.
