Stocks Round Up | SOS, 138 Student Living and Mayberry today's top winners

The Jamaica Stock Exchange (JSE) Combined Index ended the week Friday on a winning note.

Moderate trading ended with an advance/decline ratio of 47/48.

The JSE Combined Index advanced by 1,784.92 points or 0.43 per cent to close at 416,375.44.

The JSE Main Market Index advanced by 2,101.59 points or 0.52 per cent to close at 402,589.33, while the Junior Market Index declined by 20.57 points or 0.46 per cent to close at 4,444.25.

The JSE USD Equities Index advanced by 3.62 points or 1.62 per cent to close at 227.59.

Jamaican Teas up 10.54 per cent to close at $3.46

JMMB Group 7.25% down 17.39 per cent to close at $2.85
Cargo Handlers down 12.68 per cent closing at $10.67
Eppley Ltd 6% Preference Shares due 2024 down 10.80 per cent closing at $0.98
Jetcon down 10.13 per cent to close at $1.42
CAC 2000 9.5% Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares down 9.48 per cent closing at $1.05

Market volume

Some 24.6 million units valued at over $159.77 million were traded today.

Volume leaders were Transjamaican, followed by Spur tree and then Derrimon Trading.
