In celebration and recognition of Jamaica’s 60th year of independence, The Jamaica Food and Drink Kitchen hosted Shaken + Stirred, an Appleton Estate cocktail and food pairing event with Chef Oji Jaja on Wednesday. Shaking, mixing, and sipping responsibly, Something Extra was in the mixology kitchen as guests enjoyed a night of rum, Jamaican cuisine, and good vibes.
