Another gridlock

Published:Monday | November 12, 2018 | 12:00 AM
It was another gridlock along some major corridors yesterday evening. Traffic came to a standstill for several hours along Marcus Garvey Drive, Washington Boulevard, Spanish Town Road, Mandela Highway, and the Portmore toll road. Heavy rains caused flooding in some areas, and the Duhaney River overflowed its bank, flooding the Mandela Highway. This is a scene of a section of the westbound lane of Washington Boulevard in St Andrew.
