Best time to pray
Imagine two friends sitting beside each other and trying to talk in two different languages! It becomes very difficult to converse when the speaker and the listener don’t have a common language they can understand. In today’s world we are taught to remember God when we face any problem, are going through a difficult time, or suffering. Students pray intensely at the time of examination. They kneel down and ask for support, guidance, or forgiveness. God is merciful and loving, so you seek strength, and mercy and expect Him to change pains into pleasure.
If we look at it in terms of energy, God is the highest and holiest form. When you are happy, fresh, and light-hearted, you are very close to God’s energy. You resonate with His language. Wavelengths of energy match. That’s the best time to quieten yourself and connect with the Supreme Power. That is when you can actually communicate with him. For example, you meet a friend after many years. Seeing him gave you a fountain of joy. Your mind is then light and fresh. Take that opportunity, look for solitude, and dive deep within that energy. Your energy then resembles God’s energy.
CLOSE TO YOUR HEART
God is love, joy, bliss, and the guiding light. Therefore, when you are joyful or kind, knowingly or unknowingly, godliness is very close to your heart. In that state, if you give yourself that solitude and silence, you will touch his energy faster than any prayer time. That is the time to be ‘one’ with the highest energy.
Unfortunately, we have been taught to connect when we are low, full of grief, weak, or at a set time of prayer. But when we are low or mechanical, the distance between God and us increases million times. In those times, the energy gap is like day and night. It becomes extremely hard to communicate. It becomes difficult sometimes even to believe in the existence of God. In times of grief, you feel lonely and burdened, with no thankfulness, no meaning to life. How can you connect with the highest source in that state of mind? Even in worldly interactions, two people of the same energy field intermingle better than people with different energy fields.
In the cycle of 24 hours in the day, the time when you are most free, light, joyous, and fresh is when you wake up after a deep sleep. There is still a gap between you and the outer world. Before looking at your cell phone and engaging yourself with the world outside, use that space to communicate with God. Don’t only remember in pain or at prayer times as the chances of receiving energy are very low. Instead converse when energies match.
