February 28, 2019: resignation of Drew Gray, CEO of SSLVC

March 1, 2019: Mark Croskery takes over as CEO of SSLVC

May 1, 2019, to June 4, 2019. Management and board changes at SSLVC

June 1, 2019: Zachary Harding, Dr Germaine Spencer, Harry Abrikian, and Cecile Watson appointed to the Board of Directors of SSLVC

June 20, 2019, to October 2, 2019: SSLVC shares suspended by the Jamaica Stock Exchange,

June 26, 2019: Acquisition of 20% stake in Alpha Imaging by SSLVC, which also advised that it is no longer pursuing Radiant Energy as announced on June 12.

August 1, 2019: Burnett’s resignation as CEO of Muse 360

September 2, 2019: Appointment of Anthony Dunn as consultant portfolio finance manager of SSLVC
