Stocks Round Up | Palace Amusement tops winners, Eppley Caribbean Property Fund leads decliners

The Jamaica Stock Exchange (JSE) Combined Index closed Thursday, gaining ground.

The moderate trading ended with an advance/decline ratio of 46/26.

The JSE Combined Index declined by 1,213.84 points or 0.31 per cent to close at 388,163.80

The JSE Main Market Index was down 1,182.10 points or 0.30 per cent to close at 389,430.69 while the Junior Market Index advanced 11.77 points or 0.43 per cent to close at 2,776.72

The JSE USD Equities Index declined 1.06 points or 0.54 per cent, closing at 199.

C&WJCCU Deferred Shares, up 6.67 per cent to close at $2.08

Losers

Eppley Caribbean Property Fund SCC down 8.12 per cent to close at $43.00.
Eppley Ltd 8.75%, down 7.18 per cent to close at $ 6.59
FosRich down 6.94 per cent to close at $4.16
LAB down 5.20 per cent closing at $ 2.55
Jamaican Teas down 4.23 per cent closing at $2.72

Market volume

Some 35.75 million units valued at over $ 124 million.

Volume leaders were LAB, followed by QWI Investments and Wigton.
