GK acquires stake in data firm Bluedot

GraceKennedy Group has struck an agreement with Larren Peart to take a stake in his data analytics company, Bluedot.
The size of the private equity transaction and the stake being acquired by GK were not immediately disclosed.
“Larren will continue as Bluedot’s managing director and will be exclusively responsible for day-to-day operations and developing the company’s strategy,” said GK in a press release. “GK will not be directly involved in the management of Bluedot. We have a view to possibly take Bluedot to market in the long term, provided certain criteria are in place.”
