Ramson, who is managing director of the century-old distribution company, Chas E. Ramson Limited, will serve as president for the 2023-2024 term. He was elected on Tuesday, October 10, 2023, at the chamber’s annual general meeting in Kingston. Ramson follows in the footsteps of his late grandfather, Laurie Ramson, who was president of the chamber from 1962 to 1966.
