Gas prices down $1.20, diesel down $3.50

Motorists will pay less for gas and diesel when they go to the pumps on Thursday.

The state-owned oil refinery, Petrojam, says E-10 87 is to move down by $1.20 to sell for $165.17 per litre and a litre of E-10 90 will also go down by $1.20 to sell for $171.28.

Automotive diesel oil will move down by $3.50 per litre to sell for $176.65.

Ultra low sulphur diesel will sell for $183.10 per litre following a decrease of $3.06.

The price of kerosene will go down by $4.50 with that fuel to sell for $179.75

In the meantime, propane cooking gas will go down by $2.50 to sell for $75.44, while butane will move down by $3.00 to sell for $84.93 per litre.

Retailers will add their mark-ups to the announced prices.
