August in Notting Hill, United Kingdom, means only one thing - Notting Hill Carnival. Once again, one section of the carnival will be taken over by the Red Bull Music Academy (RBMA) Sound System, featuring deejay Protoje.

Taking a break from working on his upcoming album, Ancient Future, Protoje will be taking to the Red Bull stage at Notting Hill Carnival on August 25, on his first trip to London, England. Selector Yaardcore will also be in on the act.

The Red Bull Music Academy Sound System at Notting Hill is no stranger to Jamaicans. In 2013, the DJ David Rodigan, along with the record label founded by Ziggy Marley and Stephen Marley, Ghetto Youths International, presented Damian 'Jr Gong' Marley, Stephen 'Ragga' Marley, Wayne Marshall, Christopher Ellis, Black Am I and Jo Mersa to the crowd.

This year, heating up the summer stage along with Protoje and Yaardcore are the British award-winning house duo Basement Jaxx, The Heatwave, Kalbatta & Mixmonster, with MC Clapper Priest.
