Musically speaking, 'Sparks' ignited, Crazy Neil went wild and at 2 a.m. Wednesday, the damage done was evidenced by the 'Smoke' that filled the atmosphere at the Red Stripe Reggae Sumfest All White party at Pier One in Montego Bay.

Three big DJs at the control, several reggae dancers 'teaching' classes in between, while Red Stripe beer, J Wray and Nephew, Johnnie Walker and Red Bull played host to the hundreds who turned out for the event.

The organisers promised a healthy serving of great music, scrumptious dishes and a diverse musical experience, and they delivered. Pier One was transformed into a sea of white, as females dressed to the nines, outdoing their male counterparts, in what could easily have passed for a night on the fashion block.

The 25th staging of the internationally acclaimed production continued under the theme, 'Our Music, Our festival', last night, with the Blitz Block Party.

Today, Pier One will again play host to the Heavyweight Clash, with the weeklong event culminating at Catherine Hall, July 21-22 for Night One and Two of the concert, showcasing top Jamaican acts delivering the best of reggae and dancehall in an atmosphere filled with authentic Jamaican cuisine and fashion.
