Entries open to 2018 JCDC contests

Entries for the 2018 roster of competitions put on by the Jamaica Cultural Development Commission (JCDC) are now open.

The competitions now open for entry are the Festival of Performing Arts, Jamaica Gospel Song Competition, the Jamaica Children's Gospel Song Competition, the Jamaica Festival Song Competition, the World Reggae Dance Championship, the Jamaica Creative Writing Competition and Exhibition, the Jamaica Culinary Arts Competition, The Big Stage and the Miss Jamaica Festival Queen Competition.

The competitions are open to individuals, schools, community groups, youth clubs, social clubs, performing arts clubs and church groups across the island.

Entry forms, rules and other details for these competitions are available online at the JCDC's website, www.jcdc.gov.jm, as well as at the JCDC's head office located at 3-5 Phoenix Avenue, Kingston 10, and all JCDC parish offices islandwide.
