Glamour and high fashion reigned last Saturday evening as Saint International, stomped the runway at The Touch of France La Hot Couture show at the Spanish Court Hotel's Worthington tents.

The stylishly chic event which had an enviable guest list of diplomats, politicians, business power brokers and The Rock's fashion industry elite, featured the latest collections from in-demand local womens wear designer Courtney Washington; Heather Laine and Kadian Nicely; Reve Jewellery, a men's collection from Enigma boutique, and closed with a special glitzy presentation from Guadelupe-based designer Eliette Le Superbe.

For Nicely, who was tasked with being first of the night's five-designers, presented a collection of coloured cotton and tulle with a youthful energy for women looking to be either bold or risque in their wardrobes.

Heather Laine's designing duo of Zoe Summers and Sharon Neita, presented a 15-piece collection of chiffons and matte jersey that included blacks, reds and animal prints that were perfect hints for holiday wear. Meanwhile, Courtney Washington sent Saint models down the catwalk in an elegant all-black collection defined by the draping dresses and the asymmetrical shapes he's known for. He also introduced concealed zipper details on several pieces, including two men's jumpsuits.

Expected artistic edgy was later revealed courtesy of Goldsmith Duane Bennett of Reve Jewellery, who showed off the latest accessories his vivid imagination has created. Then came the trendsetting-filled casual and formal wear wardrobe of Enigma men's boutique that had women in the audience lustily applauding the Saint male models.

The La Hot Couture Fashion Show produced by Saint's CEO and Founder Deiwght Peters, was the closing event for the two-day long Touch of France Expo, which was founded in 2000 by its Chairman Pierre Lemaire.
