Godzilla: King of the Monsters | A planet in peril

Following the global success of Godzilla and Kong: Skull Island comes the next chapter in Warner Bros Pictures’ and Legendary Pictures’ cinematic MonsterVerse, an epic action adventure that pits Godzilla against some of the most popular monsters in pop culture history.

Godzilla: King of the Monsters tracks the heroic efforts of the crypto-zoological agency Monarch, as members confront a battalion of leviathan monsters, including the mighty Godzilla, who clashes with Mothra, Rodan, and his ultimate nemesis, the three-headed King Ghidorah.

When these ancient super-species believed to be mere myths rise again, they all vie for supremacy, leaving humanity’s very existence hanging in the balance.

The film stars Kyle Chandler, Vera Farmiga, Millie Bobby Brown, Bradley Whitford, Sally Hawkins, Charles Dance, Thomas Middleditch, Aisha Hinds, O’Shea Jackson Jr, David Strathairn, Ken Watanabe, and Zhang Ziyi.

Godzilla: King of the Monsters is dedicated to executive producer Yoshimitsu Banno and Haruo Nakajima, the original Godzilla suit performer, who both died in 2017.
