Palace Amusement is advising that due to the new COVID-19 protocols announced by Prime Minister Andrew Holness on Monday, the New Kingston Drive-In Cinema will be closed this evening.

Director of Palace Amusement Melanie Graham made the revelation in an interview with The Gleaner a short while ago. Graham also stated that the company is in talks with the relevant authorities to see if a special extension could be granted to allow the drive-in cinema to continue operations beyond the new 8 p.m. curfew.

The new hours are 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. from Monday to Saturday, and 3 p.m. to 5 a.m on Sundays and public holidays.
