Undeniable is the title of Grammy-nominated reggae singer Jah Cure’s newest album, which is scheduled to be released next month.

On this 11-song project, which is his fifth studio album and the follow-up to his 2019 offering, Royal Soldiers, Jah Cure teams up with Swedish producer Hamed ‘K-One’ Pirouzpanah and recorded the album with live musicians in Sweden.

A press release noted that the two “craft a portrait of modern love with a sonic energy that soars on the tracks Beautiful, Think About It, and the title track, featuring newcomer Kaylan Arnold ... and deliver passion and romance wrapped in heartfelt lyrics and a cutting-edge sound”.

Unlike Royal Soldiers, which was heavy with collabs, there are only two features on Undeniable – Ghanaian Afropop, dancehall and reggae artiste Stonebwoy and Kaylan.

On the song Everything, which is the first single from Undeniable, Stonebwoy is featured on a collaboration that “holds nothing back, with a soulful hook lamenting a love gone bad”.

The remaining songs cast the star of this album in a variety of romantic roles. In Good Life, he is unexpectedly cooking his girl some ital stew, steam fish and banana, callaloo, and fried dumpling, remarking that “it’s good people, good vibes and good food” that add up to the good life.

A gold, platinum and double platinum-selling artiste, Jah Cure, who is currently incarcerated, scored his Grammy nomination for Best Reggae Album in 2016, following the release of his album, The Cure, which topped the Billboard Reggae Albums Chart in its first week of release.

His catalogue of hit love songs include Longing For, Love Is, Unconditional Love, That Girl, Never Find, What Will it Take, Before I Leave and Sticky.

Scheduled for a February 17 release, Undeniable drops during the season of the official lovers’ holiday.

Jah Cure is serving a six-year sentence in the Netherlands for attempted manslaughter, stemming from the stabbing of promoter Nicardo ‘Papa’ Blake in Dam Square in the European country.
