Brother-in-law Restaurant aims to please
Persons who traverse the corridor between Clarendon and St Catherine, are blessed to have the Brother-in-Law Restaurant and Lounge as an oasis for fine foods.
Located in Sandy Bay Clarendon, the eatery caters for the discerning taste buds. The menu consists of Jamaicans staples which includes: stewed beef, roasted and jerked pork, jerked chicken and curried goat. Each dish is served with a side of your preference roasted yam, rice and peas, bread or turned cornmeal.
"We pride ourselves on having dishes that are tasty yet affordable," restaurant supervisor Sonia Hanno told Food. Hanno says their goal is to ensure that their customers enjoy their meal.
Proprietor Gibon Bryan added that he believes in professionalism, therefore all his employees including his chef, Shavar Thomas are HEART NTA graduates.
"It is a place where good clean food is prepared daily. In fact I eat here daily and the taste is consistently good," notes regular Oswald Taylor. This sentiment was echoed by other customers present.
Brother-in-Law Restaurant and Lounge also offers a relaxed environment for those who do not want a meal. The bartender Judith Webb is always on hand to whip up a cocktail of your choice.
