Each dish is served with a side of your preference roasted yam, rice and peas, bread or turned cornmeal.

"We pride ourselves on having dishes that are tasty yet affordable," restaurant supervisor Sonia Hanno told Food. Hanno says their goal is to ensure that their customers enjoy their meal.

Proprietor Gibon Bryan added that he believes in professionalism, therefore all his employees including his chef, Shavar Thomas are HEART NTA graduates.

"It is a place where good clean food is prepared daily. In fact I eat here daily and the taste is consistently good," notes regular Oswald Taylor. This sentiment was echoed by other customers present.
