2. The location is great. It's at a major intersection at Mary Brown's Corner, a very busy thoroughfare for persons going in any direction, so it's very central. The ambience is rustic, with an eclectic feel, and lush garden setting. Wherever you sit, you get a different feel.

5. Richard Elliott and Jacqueline Wilson-Elliott have been partners forever. Whitebones was his dream and they work well together. This teamwork required a lot of investment and is one of their most prized possessions.

The two must-try dishes for this Restaurant Week includes; the steak tenderloin and shrimp or steak tenderloin and lobster which consists of a fire grilled fillet of beef topped with lobster or shrimp and their signature dish - chicken, shrimp & fish delight, made with seafood and meat cooked to perfection.
