2. The location is great. It's at a major intersection at Mary Brown's Corner, a very busy thoroughfare for persons going in any direction, so it's very central. The ambience is rustic, with an eclectic feel, and lush garden setting. Wherever you sit, you get a different feel.
3.The staff are dedicated and hard-working. They realise the importance of teamwork and that they need each other to be successful, and they realise that it's about customer service.
4.The · la carte menu offers the freshest seafood items: fish, conch, lobster, oyster, shrimp and crab, all cooked with love and authentic Jamaican herbs. Vegetarian and Italian dishes are also offered, along with steak.
5. Richard Elliott and Jacqueline Wilson-Elliott have been partners forever. Whitebones was his dream and they work well together. This teamwork required a lot of investment and is one of their most prized possessions.
