Hundreds of people turned out at the Police Officers' Club in St Andrew tonight for the annual staging of relay for life, an event staged by the Jamaica Cancer Society to raise funds and heighten awareness about the disease.

The Gleaner's team was a part of the action and captured images.

The event runs for 6 p.m Saturday to 6 a.m Sunday.
