Appeals Court receives new appointments

Supreme Court Judge Marva McDonald-Bishop has been appointed a judge of the Court of Appeal, while Supreme Court judges Paulette Williams and Frank Williams have been appointed to act on the Court of Appeal bench.

The appointments will take effect in September.

Resident Magistrates Marcia Dunbar Green, Georgianna Fraser, and Cresencia Brown have been appointed puisne judges. Master in Chambers Audrey Lindo has also been appointed a puisne judge. They have acted on the Supreme Court bench and were acting up to last term.

Master in Chambers Sonia Bertram-Linton and Resident Magistrate Dale Palmer have been appointed to act as puisne judges.

They will be sworn in next month by Governor General Sir Patrick Allen at King's House.
