Vehicular traffic flow along the Mandela Highway, St Catherine - the section between the Highway 2000 overpass and the Ferry Police Station - will be disrupted between tonight (Friday), starting at 10 o'clock and midnight Sunday as a result of pipe-laying work by the National Works Agency (NWA).
The NWA, in a release yesterday, advised that during this period, traffic will be diverted to recently constructed carriageways running parallel to the highway so as to minimise disruption to traffic flow.
Motorists are, therefore, advised to proceed with caution and obey posted warning signs.
The pipe-laying working is necessary to facilitate connection of a sewage main and water pipe across the roadway.
