Rainy forecast this weekend

The Meteorological Service of Jamaica is forecasting another rainy weekend as a trough produces unstable conditions.

It says Doppler radar reports light to moderate showers across sections of eastern and central parishes and weather conditions are expected to become less stable tomorrow as the trough deepens across the region.

Periods of light to moderate and at times heavy showers and thunderstorms are expected to develop tomorrow morning across sections of most parishes.

These showers are expected to continue to affect the island until Sunday evening.
