Clarendon’s Knox College High School is the winner of the 2017 Television Jamaica All Together Sing competition.
Knox, located in the town of Spalding, was declared winner on Sunday evening during the grand finale at the TVJ studios in Kingston, to take the grand prize of $1.5 million and other rewards.
Number one rival, Bellefield High School from Manchester was voted second and Westmoreland’s Godfrey Stewart High, third.
Knox lifted the trophy to cheers and tears culminating several weeks of campaigning and practise.
It was also an emotional moment for some members of the Bellefield choir.
