Thirty-three alleged members of the St Catherine-based One Don Gang were yesterday remanded until September 2, when defence attorneys are expected to make bail applications over a two-day period.

Presiding judge Justice Leighton Pusey also made an order for fingerprints to be taken from all the accused.

An October 31 mention date has also been set for the matter.

The gang is said to be a breakaway from the Spanish-town based Clansman Gang.

The 33 alleged gang members, who were arrested during an operation more than a month ago, are charged under the Criminal Justice (Suppression of Criminal Organisations) Act 2014, commonly known as the Anti-Gang Legislation.
