St Andrew father detained in connection with shooting death of son

Ruel Knight was pronounced dead at hospital today after he was shot by his father at the meat and food distribution businessplace they operated on Gordon Town Road in Papine, St Andrew.

A St Andrew man has been detained by the police in connection with the shooting death of his 35-year-old son.

Ruel Knight was pronounced dead at hospital today after he was shot by his father at the meat and food distribution businessplace they operated on Gordon Town Road in Papine, St Andrew.

The father, reportedly turned himself in to the police.

Knight is a past student of Jamaica College.
