JUNIOR THOMPSON IS THE TOP COP! Corporal Junior Thompson from Area 5 proudly displays his 2024 LASCO Chairman’s Award at the LASCO/JCF Saluting Our Heroes Awards Ceremony at The Jamaica Pegasus hotel in New Kingston yesterday. Formerly known as the LASCO Top Cop Award, this initiative is now in its 24th year and is the brainchild of LASCO’s founder and past executive chairman, the late Lascelles Chin. The initiative was established to recognise members of the Jamaica Constabulary Force who display excellence, dedication, sacrifice, professionalism, and integrity in serving their communities and, by extension, their country.
