No beaches for blacks?

THE EDITOR, Sir:
In reference to Carolyn Cooper's Sunday Gleaner column involving the licence of the popular beach Puerto Seco, I wish to focus not only on the sprinkle of blacks in control of these natural treasures, but more important, the many non-black investors who lease/own our beaches.
These political puppets, as they are rightfully named, have given all the treasures and prospective cash-cow businesses to the highest bidders, who, more often than not, are the privileged few of this country.
