Hello, is Stephen Price there?

THE EDITOR, Sir:

I waited with bated breath for December 13, 2018, because I understood that Mr Stephen Price would be having a Live Facebook Chat to answer questions and give feedback to FLOW customers. At that time, I had been without my landline for six weeks, and my aunt almost one year. However, I was left very disappointed because Mr Price came on Live, but was mostly promoting FLOW and telling about the services they offer and the new things to come. To my recollection, he only answered two or three questions, and my question about when my landline will be restored was not answered.

It is now nine weeks since I have been without my landline, and my aunt still has no landline. I am not living in the areas where roadworks are taking place. I live off Washington Boulevard. I have explored all options to get the phone restored without any success. I called, I posted on Facebook, Facebook Messenger, etc.

I called two weeks ago and was advised that the line was spliced and I would receive service later that day, still nothing.

My question to Mr Price, do you at any point check your Facebook page? You will see that your customers are very dissatisfied with the lack of service from FLOW. Instead of having a Facebook Live and promoting FLOW, listen to your customers and try and answer some of the questions. Those you cannot answer, get someone to provide responses.

Your customers need answers,

Mr Price.
