Encourage backyard farming

THE EDITOR, Madam:

WE ARE all in this pandemic together; no one is spared. We have been sent into early retirement before we are ready.

I am strongly recommending to all persons who have some land space behind their houses to immediately start some backyard farming.

Plant some sweet peppers, lettuce, spinach, pak choy, cabbage and scallion, and watch the results in weeks.
