Minister of Tourism Edmund Bartlett is currently in San Sebastian Spain, attending the United Nations World Tourism Organisation's World Forum on Gastronomy Tourism.

San Sebastián is a world reference point for Gastronomy Tourism. Workshops on the creation of a sustainable gastronomy tourism product, are slated to take place in different locations throughout the Basque County, where the sustainable gastronomy experiences have been developed.

Minister Bartlett said the experience will be vital to the further development of the local gastronomy tourism product which is being driven through the Ministry’s Tourism Linkages Network.
