With the Rotary new year getting its start on July 1, it’s now appointment season. With much ceremony, the Rotary Club of Trafalgar New Heights installed its 13th president, anaesthesiologist Dr Suzanne McDonald Fowles, on Sunday. The quaint ceremony took place in the St Andrew hills and saw the club of young professionals between the ages of 30 and 45 renew their commitment to maintaining service to communities such as Maverley and Seaview Gardens this year, and to supporting the National Vaccination Programme.
