On Tuesday, November 23, the ‘She Thrives Women’s Empowerment Conference held its media launch at the AC Marriott in Kingston. Under the theme, ‘Thriving through Crisis; Empowered for Change’, She Thrives was curated to inspire and empower women throughout the region to pivot through the challenges of these uncertain times. Conference attendees will virtually learn specific methodologies, perspectives, and frameworks to help them successfully embrace change to thrive professionally, manage their finances and relationships, as well as to employ self-care methods, taking care of both mind and body, now and into a post-pandemic world.
