The porch overlooks a tropical paradise on the seafront.
This costal home opens its doors for you.
Relaxed interiors with a hint of Indian furnishing.
A kitchen that you just can’t wait to use.
This is the coastal oasis. A playground you will never want to leave.

Ever had dreams of living by the sea? Your very own coastal home, freeing you from all worldly anxieties and other emotionally related pressures. Research has strongly indicated that waterfront environments make us happier than other natural surroundings.

We are naturally attracted to bodies of water. Water makes up 70 per cent of our body weight, constitutes over 70 per cent of our hearts and brains, and occupies three-quarters of the world’s surface area. Even the European Union (EU) initiated a quality-of-life project to research and examine the effects of marine environments on the body and the mind.

This property, kissing the waterfront and hugging its architectural spaces, opens wide its doors for you to enjoy the pleasures and health benefits of its seaside way of life.

The dream house may be found in Richmond, Llandovery, an area between St Ann’s Bay and Runaway Bay. It was built in the 1980s for an Indian/American who at one time had been an operative for the United States intelligence community. It was purchased in 2017 by Carlos Moleon of Spain (who has been in and out of Jamaica for years) and his Jamaican wife, Amanda Lopez. Carlos, a businessman, is a co-founder and director of VIP attractions, airport concierge and lounge service providers operating at our two international airports. Amanda is a director and manager for TV productions, a member of a kung fu association, and a certified scuba diver. They have three children.

The unencumbered, two-floor, relaxed 2,400 square feet space with unmatched sea views reveals four airy bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The living area, with a bar, runs into the dining area and exits unto a wide sea breeze-filled sitting and dining porch. Interior floors are porcelain, and walls are of an off-white colour, illuminating a hint of Indian furnishing. The exterior walls are light grey.

You will also indulge in the infinity-shaped swimming pool, a sun terrace and an invigorating hot tub. Take a dip in the warm sea, surrounded by coves, and realise the pivotal role it plays in creating this tropical paradise.

This place is the peaceful epicentre of fun and frolic. The brilliant Leonardo da Vinci, painter, engineer, scientist, sculptor and architect, died in 1519. His words spoken then still ring true today, “Water is the driving force of nature!”
