It was themed a ‘Celebration of the Stars’, and it was all glitter and glamour at The Jamaica Pegaus hotel in New Kingston last Thursday as the Jamaica Co-operative Credit Union League hosted its annual long serice awards ceremony and banquet. The stars shone brightly as they accepted awards for 15 and 20 years of service, but the brightest star of the evening was Marjorie Carty, who was recognised for 35 years of service.
