It wasn’t the 25,000 strong that we have grown used to prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, but teams came out in strong support of the 24th staging of the Sagicor Sigma Corporate Run on Sunday as they ran for the cause and pushed to the finish for the Kingston Public Hospital (KPH). The Team Bubble Run was the first of two in-person events hosted by Sagicor – race organisers of the Sigma Run. An invitational run is scheduled for Sunday, March 20. All proceeds raised from the charity road race will be donated to the KPH. This year, the charity event had the support of Olympians Hansle Parchment and Megan Tapper.
