As we continue to celebrate Women’s History Month, Blue Diamond Resorts held its own celebrations through a series of forums across seven countries, of which Jamaica’s very own Royalton Negril was the location of choice. It was an initiative by the resort’s talent and culture team that was intended to foster an environment where phenomenal women in hospitality can gather and share their experiences and thoughts on breaking barriers, and celebrating differences and inclusion. The powerhouse women were not only pampered and entertained by the executive team, but were also gifted ‘All-In Luxury’ day passes for two, courtesy of Royalton Negril.
